You know how your service has been designed to be used, but have you ever wondered how your users actually use it? Of course you have - it's your job to wonder about these things.
In the fourth of the Alcatel-Lucent 'Let's Talk' series, we're going to lift the lid on user behaviour. We've handed at least some of the talking over to users to throw some light on what we've been calling "Toy Story Moments" - those insights that come when users explain how they behave when the door is closed, the light is off and the operator can't see (which, let's face it, is much of the time).
Of course, we expect young users to behave online in unexpected ways, but we've found that the older, business demographic has been changing how it goes about communicating too.
